This blade was originally designed by Double Dutch in 1994.
We are proud that our blade shape was so good that many other paddle manufactures copied it or used it as a basis for their own blade shapes. The blade shape offers a combination of great feeling & ball controle and superb strength. Our Kinetic polo paddles are famous for it’s strength. We’ve decided to not make this the lightest paddles on the market, but by far the strongest. The blades have a 6 mm kevlar reinforced integrated edge with an additional black kevlar external edge for extra protection of the paddle, and player. Blades come in small and large.
We strongly advise the small for younger and/or female polo players. With the small less strong paddlers can accelerate faster than with a large paddleblade. In our opinion most young paddlers and women are using a too big blades.
It’s not logical that a person of 160 cm, 55 kg, with less strength use the same size blade as a 190 cm tall, 80 kg / strong person.
