Payment

Kajakpoloshop.dk accepts payments online from Credit Cards, Mobilepay and Dankort.

Payment is completed and money is deducted from your account, when we send the package. 
Exceptions are Pitch equipment, kayaks and other things purchased solely for you. For these items we deduct half or entire payment at the time of order.

Within the EU all prices include VAT for the receiving country.
Note the paragraph ”DELIVERY” for information about countries outside the EU.
We invoice in Euro, GBP and DKK.

Kajakpoloshop.dk uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is considered secure and cannot be read by outsiders.
Kajakpoloshop.dk’s own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

Delivery

Stock items are shipped at least once a week.

Denmark:
We ship mainly to parcel shops. Shipping time is normally 1-2 days.
We have a fixed shipping price of DKK 45 for orders less than DKK 1,000.
Orders over DKK 1,000 are delivered free of charge in Denmark.
Except kayaks and pitch-equipment. Please ask for freight on these items.

Sweden:
All prices are in DKK and includes 25% swedish VAT.
No matter how small or how big order – we charge 90 DKK for shipping to you.
Except kayaks, pitch-equipment and shafts. Please ask for freight on these items.

Norway:
All prices are in DKK and includes 25% norweigan VAT.
No matter how small or how big order – we charge 150 DKK for shipping to you.
Except kayaks, pitch-equipment and shafts. Please ask for freight on these items.
Kajakpoloshop is registered under VOEC for collecting norwegian VAT on all items under the value 3,000 NOK (excl. VAT).
If you buy items with unit price above 3,000 NOK we will contact you to agree on the details.
You can always cancel the order without any cost if you do not accept the VAT-agreement.  

Great Britain (except Northern Ireland):
Prices for Great Britain includes 20% UK VAT from february 19th 2024.
We are registered for british VAT and all orders up to a value of 162 GBP are send simply and directly to you.
(162 GBP is for the whole shipment excluding freight).
If the shipment exceeds 162 GBP then we do not charge you the VAT. The shipping company will charge you the VAT plus a fee at probably 12 GBP.
At checkout our webshop will ask you to accept the full amount including VAT but only the amount excluding VAT will be drawn from your card.

Northern Ireland:
Prices for Northern Ireland includes 20% UK VAT from february 19th 2024.
No matter how small or how big order – we charge 20,00 GBP for shipping to you.
Except kayaks, pitch-equipment and shafts. Please ask for freight on these items.

Finland:
All prices are in EUR and includes 24% finnish VAT.
No matter how small or how big order – we charge 18 euro for shipping to you.
Except kayaks, pitch-equipment and shafts. Please ask for freight on these items.

Rest of Europe:
All prices are in EUR and includes your local VAT.
No matter how small or how big order – we have a single rate for shipping to you.
It differs between 12 and 18 euro for most countries in Western Europe.
Except kayaks, pitch-equipment and shafts. Please ask for freight on these items.
The rate for your country is shown when you go to Shopping Cart, proceed to Check Out and enter your country.

right of withdrawal

For all purchase in the webshop you may regret and return your purchase within 14 days after you receive the goods.
Goods especially purchased or produced for your order are excepted.
Kayaks are always produced especially for you.

If you want to return an item, you must inform us about it within 14 days from receipt at kajakpoloshop@gmail.com. We must receive the returned item within the next 14 days.

Return the item in the same quantity and condition as when you received it. The item must be unused and must not be washed. Return the item in its original packaging and make sure to pack it securely.

After we recieve the item, we will credit the amount to your account as soon as possible.

As a customer, you pay for the return yourself.

CONDITION OF THE RETURNED GOODS

You are liable for the deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods. This means that you may try the product in the same way as if you shopped in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will get a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back.
It is up to Kajakpoloshop.dk to assess the item’s condition.

WHEN PURCHASING KAYAKS

We do not stock kayaks. They are produced upon order according to your specifications.
The kayak is produced especially for you. The Purchase Act’s right of return therefore does not apply to the purchase of kayaks from us.

The delivery time depends on the factory and freight. The expected delivery time is stated as soon as possible after receiving the order.

Our webhop can not calculate the shipping cost automatically. You will get an offer for freight a couple of days after we receive your order.
Kayaks and Pitch equipment are charged 50% when ordering.
Before delivery we charge the remaining 50% plus the agreed freight.
